Fall Arts Line-up Starts Strong

The College of Liberal Arts’ three Arts departments are starting off with a bang. This past Saturday, our St. Claude Gallery opened a show titled “Flourish,” a solo show of work by MFA alumna Christine Sauer. This show runs through October 6. The gallery is open Fridays-Sundays, 12-5 p.m.


Tonight, Theatre UNO’s first show of the season, Race by David Mamet opens it’s run, which will end September 16. All shows are at 7:30 PM in the Robert E. Nims Theatre at UNO and have a $5 admission fee.

On Thursday, September 16, Irvin Mayfield will present his Biannual Lecture: Advancing the Conversation on Artistic Literacy at 6 PM in the UNO Education Building, Room 103. This will be followed by a performance by Kermit Ruffins and the Barbecue Swingers at the UNO Cove. These events are free and open to the public.
